Please note: If a member of the public or of the governmental body inquires about a subject for which notice has not been given, any deliberation or decision about the subject of the inquiry shall be limited to:
A proposal to place the subject on the agenda for the next subsequent meeting; or
A statement of specific factual information; or
A recitation of existing policy. Any further discussion into the details or questions about the subject is prohibited.
This form must be submitted at least 24 hour before the meeting date.
