Section 1. The Texas Forest Service has determined that drought conditions exist in ((Grimes) (Montgomery) or (Waller)) County. Therefore, the City Council of the City of Todd Mission hereby prohibits outdoor burning within the corporate limits of the City of Todd Mission except for the following exemptions:
1. Fires enclosed in a container and attended at all times for safety purposes.
2. Non-commercial cooking fires, such as those used for residential grilling or barbecuing.
3. Authorized ceremonial fires conducted under the supervision and approval of city authorities.
